Terms for the Level Up Rentals driver text-messaging program. Last updated August 2026.
Level Up Rentals sends its delivery drivers text messages about available delivery and pickup jobs and coordinates assignments by SMS. Drivers may reply to bid on a job and to confirm assignments.
You opt in to receive these texts by signing up to drive on our website, or by giving your consent when we add you as a driver. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies — you'll receive texts only when a job is available, typically a few times per week.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email kevin@leveluptechky.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Receiving a job text is an invitation to bid, not a guarantee of work or pay. Assignments and payment are at Level Up Rentals's discretion. You must be a licensed driver to be assigned a job.
