Privacy Policy

This policy applies to drivers who sign up with Level Up Rentals to receive delivery and pickup job opportunities, including by text message (SMS).

When you sign up to drive, we collect your name, mobile phone number, city/area, and any documents you choose to upload (such as a driver's license, insurance card, or W-9). We collect your consent to receive job texts at your number.

We use your information only to run our driver program: to text you about available delivery/pickup jobs, coordinate assignments, verify you're a licensed driver, and pay you. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Level Up Rentals about driving opportunities. Message frequency varies — you'll receive texts only when a job is available, typically a few times per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help.

Level Up Rentals does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in / consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used solely to operate the Level Up Rentals driver-dispatch texting program and is not shared with anyone for any other purpose. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing.

Documents you upload are stored privately and are only used to verify and pay drivers. They are not published or shared publicly.

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. To have your information removed, contact us at kevin@leveluptechky.com.
